  JINGZHOU SHUNHUI AUTO PARTS CO.,LTD is one of the most competitive manufacturers of steering and suspension parts for aftermarket. We were established in 2010. Our company is located in Jingzhou city, Hubei province. Main products are Ball Joint, Tie Rod End, Rack End, Side Rod Assy, Control Arm, Idler Arm, Pitman Arm, Drag Link, Cross Rod, Arm Shaft Kit, Stabilizer Link, etc.

 Our products are exported to more than 100 countries, such as North America, Latin America, Southeast Asia, Middle East and Africa, Central and East Europe. Through more than a decade of exploration and development, we have accumulated a wealth of production experience to adapt to different markets and different customer’s requirements. Facing the market demand for more varieties and less batches, we carry out lean production and try our best to reduce waste, so that our production cost has a significant advantage.

 Our plant is covering over 120,000 m² and a team comprising more than 285 staffs. Our production capacity is over 1000 thousand sets per month. We have machining center, CNC lathe etc. 280 sets of production equipments. At the same time, we also have top of the line laboratory, fatigue testing machine, tensile testing machine and other testing equipments. We add more than 20% new equipments every year to ensure the continuous improvement of production capacity and quality.

  We produce a full range of suspension and steering systems for vehicles in Japan, Korea, Europe, the United States and China. Our R & D team develops more than 1000 new products for our customers each year. Our factory passed the IATF16949:2016 certificate in 2016. And we have well implemented the quality management system, from raw material procurement, parts processing, to finished product assembly, warehousing and delivery. So we can guarantee the stable quality, and more better in future.
